At HAYRA, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in providing safe, high-quality health and beauty products. Because of the nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled with special care to protect the safety of all our customers.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns in the following cases:
You received the wrong item.
The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
The item is within the return window of 48 hours after delivery.
👉 Please note: Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to health regulations.
Return Process
If you are eligible for a return:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, photos, and details of the issue.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method (bank transfer, card, or mobile wallet).
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
Exchanges
If you received the wrong or damaged product, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be offered.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Opened or used products.
Items without original packaging.
Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.
Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives visibly damaged or missing items:
Report it to us within 48 hours with photo evidence.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
