Delivery Coverage

• We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka using trusted courier partners.

• For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

 

Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 1–3 business days depending on your location.

• Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If so, we’ll notify you immediately.

 

Shipping Charges

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and will be clearly shown before payment.

• Occasionally, we may offer free delivery promotions (keep an eye on our website and social media for updates).

 

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number or courier reference via SMS or email.

• You can use this to check the status of your delivery.

 

Failed Deliveries

• If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable, the courier will usually reattempt or contact you.

• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout to avoid delays or returned packages.

 

Damaged or Missing Packages

• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence so we can assist you.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

International Shipping

• Currently, HAYRA ships only within Sri Lanka. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
